Mexico Meeting 2
March 29, 2006

 Dates are confirmed: leave from Pittsburgh airport on June 12 and return from Cancun to Pittsburgh on June 20.  Times of flights are yet to be announced.  (will receive itinerary around 30 days prior)
 Bus to Pittsburgh – we have had many cancellations.  I plan to use the money returned to the club from them to pay for the bus rather than do another fundraiser.  All money in addition to that will be given back to the students before we leave for the trip for spending money.
 All-inclusive Insurance – the deadline to sign up for this is 76 days prior to departure
 Outstanding Balances
 Student rooming-student rooms will be assigned upon arrival.  For now we will have a tentative room list to make things less confusing on that day. Students will share rooms with 2-3 others of same gender with someone from our group or other group.  Rooms contain single beds or a shared double bed.  Sign up on form today. (sign up sheet)
 Adult rooming-adults need to sign up for rooms today. Adults will be roomed in twin rooms with 2 single beds with other adults of the same gender.  One large bed or 2 single pushed together are also available for adults wishing to room together (sign up sheet)
List of adult travelers going on trip (please note this is different than before b/c of cancellations)
 Susan Hicks- Morgan
 Victoria Showers
 Dennis Stinchcomb
 Kathy Stinchcomb
 Deborah Williamson
 Sharon Brem
 Jen Yavorsky*
 Christa Wensel*
 Ann Defillipi*
 Michele Tripodi*
 Telephone chain chart
 Money needed for trip – lunches, souvenirs, tipping for bus driver ($1-$2 per day) and tour director ($3-$4 per day).  Plan on approx. $20-$40 per day for spending money and tipping.  ATM card is recommended on trip-much safer than cash, get the best exchange rate, and traveler’s checks are inconvenient.  Please note: tip money will be collected at our final meeting before the trip.
 Passport-if you have not sent in for a passport, you must do it now!  Be sure your account matches up with the name on your passport.  I will need a copy of everyone’s passport by May 1st!
 Packing list/What to expect abroad (handouts-a little early for this but many have been asking for it!)
 Questions/Concerns/Comments
 Tentative Meetings Schedule from now until trip date:
 Wed. May 24
 Wed. June 7
