High School:
Cross Country: 9th-12th grade, finished in the top 5 at districts. 12th grade: District champ (course record), course records on every course run, 27th at States.
Coaching:
Started coaching in 2000 at SMASD. Coach Vigil inspired me to pass on what I have learned to others. I have an enormous passion for cross country! Just ask anyone that knows me. I feel it is my obligation to help others be the best that they can be and acquire some of the numerous scholarships available to help pay for their continued education, while doing what they love.
Words of wisdom: Running makes you run faster, alternative exercises complement your running. Know you can do it and see yourself doing it. Coaches discipline you, but you have to do it. Love it, Live it, Do it. In short…It’s all you.
Coach David Fordoski

Coaching Background:
I started coaching my junior year of college at Richland High School in Johnstown. Upon graduation of college, I was hired at St. Marys. I started coaching cross country and high school wrestling.
My biggest motivation for success:
The biggest thing that kept me motivated in sports and the classroom was I hated losing at anything. I felt that if I trained harder and more than my opponents, I would have a physical and mental edge that would enable me to give that little extra I needed to win. I just made losing my motivation.
