*Sign Up sheets will be posted in the High
School on the Trainer's room door, in the Middle School at Mr. D. Fordoski's
room, of course with the Athletic Office or via email to the Coach listed on
the SMA site. Beginning Monday, April 20th.
*Optional Wednesday evening summer runs at the
High School pool patio. At 6:00 PM, beginning June 10th.
*By email contacts to the Coach, Sunday optional
runs will be scheduled.
*A list of local summer races can be acquired by
email contact to the Coach and will be listed in the monthly news letters.
*Two-a-day optional practices will be August 10
through August 14.
*The first week of mandatory practice will be at
our annual State Park camp August 16 through August 20.
*Specifics will be included in the monthly news
letters. Our goal numbers for the teams are 14 on each team.
