6) Best dog treat recipe to help your
dog repel fleas and have fido begging for more treats is: 1 cup flour 1/4 cup
of wheat germ 1/4 cup brewer's yeast 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon garlic
powder ( take out garlic powder and replace with 1/4 cup mint leaves and 1/4
cup parsley for better breath treats) 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Chicken Stock Heat oven to 200 F. Mix ingredients into a dough. Roll out the
dough and cut with cookie cutters and bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at
200 F. Turn off oven and allow the biscuits to sit on the cookie sheets until
next morning and they are completely dry. Store in airtight containers or freeze
extra treats. DOGS LOVE THESE and the fleas are repelled by the yeast and the
garlic powder.
