listening to In The Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson, the students will
write a time when they have been ridiculed,
teased, or had other hurtful behaviors done to them by classmates of
friends.

will vary based upon each student’s experience.
2. Performance Question:**
Write a summary of In the Year of the Boar and Jackie Robinson. Include character, setting and important
events in your summary.

Activity: The Student will complete the Human Bingo Activity from
the Don’t Laugh At Me Activity Book. For
each question on the Human Bingo Card, students have to find a person in the
group who would answer it differently than they would.
