Proposals should be written and signed with the item name, item number and the proposed offer.  Proposal should also include contact name and phone number to arrange for payment and pickup.
 
Proposal should be clearly marked "Silent Auction" and mailed or submitted to the front office of the St. Marys Area School District, 977 S. Saint Marys Road, St. Marys, PA  15857 by June 16, 2025 no later than 12:00 PM Eastern time.  
 
**ITEMS ARE "AS IS". Items are available for pick up upon receipt of payment.
**District reserves the right to refuse all proposals.
**Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with removal and transportation of any purchased item. All items must be picked up no later than June 30, 2025 by 1:00 PM Eastern time.
